As a member of the HOA, can I obtain copies of HOA records?
Yes! Most of the documents can be found on this website; however, if you are unable to find a document that you would like to request, please fill out the Request for Records form and return it to the property management company.
I'm trying to access the financial information but the website is asking for a password. How do I get the password?
The password for the financial information is available to all owners of condominiums within Avalon at Eagles Crossing. You can obtain the password by contacting our property management company. The password should not be shared with anyone including escrow companies, real estate agents or tenants.
