Avalon at Eagles Crossing Amenities
Access to the amenities for Avalon at Eagles Crossing is available via our key fob system. Each unit may only have one key fob. There is a $100 charge to replace a key fob. Key fobs may be turned off for unpaid assessments or violations of the association's governing documents. To inquire about your key fob please contact our property management company.
Pool & Spa
The pool is open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Glass and pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Tennis Court
The tennis court is open from 5:00 am until dusk. Glass, pets, food and alcohol are not allowed in the tennis court area.
Tot Lot
The tot lot closes at dusk. No glass containers or pets are allowed in this area.
Gym
The gym is open from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Putting Green
The putting green closes at dark and should not be using for any other purpose other than putting.
