Is there a transfer fee?
No, Avalon at Eagles Crossing does not currently charge a transfer fee.
How do I obtain HOA documents for an open escrow?
Please contact our property management company.
How do I obtain a payment demand?
Please send the payment demand to our property management company via e-mail if possible.
How do I obtain a Condo Questionnaire?
There is a $75.00 fee for Condo Questionnaires payable to "Mills Management Services, Inc.". The payment must be before the Questionnaire is completed. Please send the Questionnaire to the property management company via e-mail if possible.
Is there any other information I need to transfer a property to the new owner?
Avalon at Eagles Crossing uses an Electronic Notification system. Please make sure the new owner fills out the Electronic Notification form and Occupant Registration form which can be found here. This should be submitted to the property management company along with a copy of the Grand Deed immediately upon transfer.
